Made with and wild fermentation

My body’s been sending me passive-aggressive messages for years, with psoriasis and fibromyalgia as its favorite love letters. After trying everything short of sacrificing a goat, I stumbled into fermentation, and holy crap, it actually worked. Now I’m knee-deep in tangy SIBO yogurt and funky ferments, figuring out how the gut-brain connection might just be the cheat code to feeling human again. Fermentfulness is where I share the wins, the flops, and the “is this supposed to smell like that?” moments. It’s the surprisingly magical side of gut health. Stick around, we’ll ferment some weird stuff, feel better, and maybe even have a laugh while we’re at it.
